Maintenance requests will be handled in the order that they are received, as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that the Resident Managers are part time, they both have other jobs. During the week, during the day, you will get a considerably faster response than you will over the weekend. Even if we can't act on your request right away, we will usually contact you within 12 hours to at least let you know that we've received your info.

 If necessary, may we enter your apartment to take care of this specific problem/question if you are not home? We will never enter without your permission unless it's an emergency
